Verizon Wireless Claim for Compensation

What Verizon Wireless did:
I had brought my Verizon issue to Fair Shake 12/02/2020 Veronica Claims Rep was handling it and I responded to the offer that Verizon offered, I bought into a plan with a phone at Walmart and the hone was never activated and it was never able to be used because Verizon never activated it yet has been billing me for over 700.00 and reported it on my credit when the settlement offer was in my favor that Verizon was at fault and they out right gave me the phone to keep and said there would not be any billing or reporting to the credit agencies. I am trying to repair my credit and this is hindering me I cannot sit on a phone all day waiting for Verizon to find this issue and resolve it. It was resolved and yet they have put it in my credit as unpaid, I do not owe these people any money , this claim has gone through arbitration and Verizon made the promise to dismiss this and any action against me. The only thing I have from Veronica is her emails ******@*****.*** I have many emails that were sent to me about this issue and as far as I was concerned it was over and done but Verizon has gone and put this into my credit report and will not dismiss it. I need help please resolving this.
