Verizon Wireless Claim for Compensation

What Verizon Wireless did:
Repeatedly, I would say at least five times in the past 6 years, Verizon has shut all our 6 phones off when the service was supposed to be secured by a payment arrangement or promise to pay. Every time, reconnection fees were assessed in order to restore service. This happened again today 6-20-2022. I was on the phone for 28min after being forced to pay the bill in order to even speak with a representative. The representative hung up on me and did not call back. Now I have been on hold for 25min and counting and have yet to speak with someone. I was charged $10 to make an agent-assisted payment arrangement that did no good, as phones were disconnected anyway. Now I will be charged $25 x 6 lines reconnection fees. AGAIN!

Reimburse me my time dealing with all this over the years at $40/hour which was my most recent billable rate. I would guess 5 instances @ 2hr per instance x $40 = $400
