What Vivint did:
I had a guy offer me a doorbell camera I told him that I have never had a doorbell on my house he stated that I never needed one that it would automatically hook to my house. I received the equipment and was told I had to purchase another $200 for them to come hook it up. I told them I didn’t want it anymore because I didn’t have the extra $200 for them to hook it up I was told to send the equipment back by 10 day I did put $20 to express ship it I called the next day was told they had the equipment they then cancelled it and told me they never received it and continue to harass and try to remove money from my account when I don’t even have the equipment in hands I’ve been battling cussed and lied to since April
