What Uber Eats did:
I accidentally paid for an order, and I immediately cancelled it (within 30 seconds). I was then charged a $17.00 “cancellation fee.” Obviously, this is the company’s way of turning a profit in any way possible, and it’s sickening. I never got food, so I paid $17.00 on a service I never received. That’s robbery, if you ask the common man, but I’m sure the sociopathic CEO has found a legal loophole. Absolutely disgusting.
