What The Laundry Alternative did:
I ordered a product that broke within the third use. After reaching out to support, they offered a replacement. The replacement still hasn’t shipped. The company offers a 30 day money back guarantee, which I told them I would like to inact within 30 days of my purchase. They have not been communicating with me despite sending daily emails and calling regularly.
