What Charter Spectrum did:
Intermittent service, then during chat session, customer representative discovered we use a third party wifi router. Spectrum says the third party router is not on our account. Excuse me, what business is it of there’s? I run LED lighting, will the power company bill me for replacing an LED for an incandescent light? Service is service, not a privacy intrusion.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
