What did:
I ordered a Gray, U-Shaped Reversible Sectional With Chaise on February 26th, I never got the sectional. I emailed the company, they said it was shipping’s fault. By May, I asked for a refund. They said they would refund my money but they would get 80% of my refund. Now , they will not answer any of my emails.

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
