What DoorDash did:
I signed up for a promotion where the deal was upgrade to the annual plan and receive 40% off my next 3 orders. The promo did not automatically apply to my account so I contacted customer support. The agent issued a credit and but the same thing happened on the next order, I reached out again and was told there was nothing they could do basically. This is a case of false advertising and potentially a class action depending on how many people signed up and did not receive the discounts.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
