What DoorDash did:
An old door dash account got hacked and over $4000 was charged to my Chase Sapphire card. Chase only reversed $3100, and needed Door Dash to provide me a statement saying my account was hacked in order to resolve this. Door dash will not provide me with this statement. This has been ongoing for 6 months which is why I am now making a claim.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
