What Flagship one did:
Trying to do a warranty. Made many promises over the phone and never followed through. Have my return and waiting for my new one. Have been told my new one has been in programming for over a week. Now today my computer for my car is not even in programming. Was told if I paid $75.00 for over nite shipping they would ship my new one out the day they receive my old one which was over a week ago but now do not even have it in programming.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
