What Merrill Lynch did:
I received a notice saying Merrill ***** is resigning as custodian of my IRA. I requested from my financial advisor Kelly ***** if termination fees / transfer fees along with any other fees would be waived as I did not ask them to resign.

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
