What Lyft did:
Lyft failed to pay me. I had picked up a passenger and took them to there destination which was a beautiful store then she had told me that she added a ride back but wanted me to wait while she shopped and shopped at the grocery store. I told her that I couldn’t wait for longer then 10 minutes which she then said then I have to cancel. It took me 20 minutes to get them to there destination. I had to cancel it and when I reached out to Lyft they said they would not pay me because I canceled it. I feel like this is discrimination and they are stealing from me. As a Hispanic male I’m very bothered by this
