What LA Fitness did:
I cancelled my membership over a year ago and they still charged me the entire time without my knowledge. I also had a home membership and my home gym closed down. However even though it closed down they been charging me without my gym even being open. I kept trying to cancel but they kept telling me I had to do it through an operations manager since I had forgotten my account login, of course a manager was never available and never contacted me ever again. I ended up blocking charges through my bank but now im afraid it is going to effect my credit score because they keep saying I owe them charges since blocking their charges. It has been an absolute nightmare dealing with this issue
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
