What Lyft did:
On June 9, 2022, we took a Lyft to a Tacoma WA Event 1.6mi away. The fare was $11.69.

On the return trip back to the Hotel the driver was going the wrong way. I gave a shout out to let him know. The fare was $45.99! He said he would fix it. I have not seen any credit memos. You’ll have to agree this fare amount is outrageous!!

I went through the Lyft “Helpline” to “Dispute Ride Fare or Changes”, and no one has gotten back to me.

I would like Lyft to charge me a fare ride amount. Not $45.99, that the driver said he would fix.

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?

To pay for a reasonable fare amount.
