What DoorDash did:
Dasher delivered my groceries to the wrong address. I couldn’t get to them. I asked the dasher to retrieve them and deliver them to the correct address. She refused stating that she was already on another delivery. She told me to contact customer service through the app. After several hours of trying to get a clear explanation through the virtual customer service reps, I finally found a phone number to call. I spoke with a supervisor over the phone and he told me that I wasn’t owed a refund despite the fact that I paid for goods and services that I never received due to an error on their dasher’s end.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
