What Lyft did:
I fell short of my monthly points ts to remain on a platinum tier , the wording clearly states I have thru the first of the month to complete this however they are saying that it ends at end of month. I was going to complete this today and they are unable to help me any further

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
