What albert did:
Ive had several issues, but most recently they froze my account without notice due to “unusual activity” even though nothing out of the ordinary was in my transactions, my card and phone were in my possession, etc. They would not speak to me about the situation at all and to transfer funds out of my account would take days (weeks considering we were heading into July 4 weekend) essentially cutting me off from any money I have.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
