Lyft Complaint

What Lyft did:
I was on a trip with a stop. after the stop the app has a slider that says head to destination that you must slide to start heading to the destination. I slid that and it ended the ride. I have dash cam footage showing that I proceeded to complete the ride despite Lyft’s app glitch. They did not let me submit my video evidence and refused to compensate me for the trip stating that I ended the ride and they don’t pay out for off platform rides. Also I have reason to believe that Both Uber and Lyft have been stealing cancelation fees from me. as well as shorting my payouts based off the Uber cheats browser add on that shows how much they shorted a ride.
