Lyft Complaint

What Lyft did:
Per Lyft policy, a standard ride can accommodate up to 3 riders, and a Lyft XL ride can accommodate up to 5. I had a ride for 4 passengers (should have been paid as an XL ride) that they only paid a standard ride rate for. It was a 200 mile ride, so the fare difference is substantial. I have contacted their help chat line twice, and have been blown off both times.
