AT&T Claim for Compensation

What AT&T did:
Loyalty dept guy offered fees/costs ******* w/ upgrade to keep my bus. , then they reneged. Kept my landline fee on my bill up till today even though the landline was canceled 6 wks ago. Offered reduced bill on unclear amount they overcharged 4 landline they charged me while I didn’t have it. Now, Enrico is referencing claim id # 6912004024, # 6770609464, # 6912002728 he canceled my current bill. But for 6 was I overcharged. Is there a class action for this?
