AT&T Claim for Compensation
What AT&T did:
I have two att cell phones. I had landline and uvers internet. Once I spoke to loyalty department mngr. I was to get a bundle price to keep the uvers internet at higher speed they offered and it was BECAUSE I QUALIFY FOR THE BUNDLED PRICE SINCE I HAVE TWO ATT WIRELESS PHones. Now Joshua is telling me thats wrong and renegotiating an already agreed thing that made me stay with att som 6 weeks ago and have the claim numbers. And they keep claiming a supervisor is going to call me back on the land line i canceled lol. But either way I provided my cell number. I sensed i was argued with over this deal by Missy, gia. ***** and joshua….because the loyalty department only offered me cool stuff to stay to then take the ******* back….so now, my internet is a faster speed at a price that isn’t a bundle price because some ******* aka Missy, gia, ***** and Joshua decided to disregard my previous deal to stay with att.
