What Brinks Home Security did:
I started off with protect America. Then they were brought over by Brinks. My rate keep going up. So I’ve decided to cancel. Brinks customer service been giving me the run around and never sent me the cancellation form twice through my email yet. And I’m still waiting for it. It customer service agent kept telling me their the manager and higher person in charge.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
