What Lyft did:
A lyft driver picked us up from the beach and had us walk out into an intersection to het picked up. We left a little bit of sand from the beach in the backseat, lyft is charging me $80 for damages. I think they do this as a scam and the fee is outrageous.

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?

A refund/ cancel the charges and an apology.
