What Truist did:
They have held onto a refunded amount of money (600$) and I cannot get any help in having them return my money. The money was refunded to a closed account. They maintain that my acct is closed yet they have taken out 20) a month maintenance fees. One employee ensured me they were sending a check but it never arrived.

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
