What Truist did:
Truist failed to withdraw my final car payment and did not notify me that they had changed the terms of the car loan from debit withdrawl to pay-by-stub. The notice they sent out was mailed to the wrong address, therefore I did not receive it. They hit my credit with a deliquency after waiting 35 days to contact me, resulting in a 100-point drop in my FICO score, which lasts for 7 years.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
