What Brinks Home Security did:
My alarm system has never worked properly since I have had it. I was forced into their services by AT&T DigitalLife with l a 3 year contract I did not know anything about.
This system can be armed and someone can walk in the house and it doesn’t go off. It works every once in a while. Not reliable on Stay or Away. Several technicians have came to repair the system it works for 1 or 2 days then it stops working again. I am constantly on the phone with Brinks technological support trying to trouble shoot. Then perhaps the alarm finally works after so much back and forward there is no issue and a technician can not be sent out. I alarm system didn’t work for over 3 weeks in July however I still had to pay my bill.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
