What Brinks Home Security did:
Brinks Home Security is threatening to send negative information to the credit bureaus for an account that was never active and services that were never installed. They have refunded my credit card twice and still continues to attempt charges. I do not have an account with Brinks Home Security, they have never provided any security monitoring for my home. And I have outstanding charges and bills continually being mailed to me with threats of damaging my credit. It is literally impossible to get customer support on the phone. They place you in a que and the call is automatically ended. There is no email or any other option to address this issue. I do not have any brinks equipment and I do not have brinks service, and yet I am being billed every month for monitoring they know they do not provide.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
