What Square did:
Sign up with square for credit card processing everything was approved and fine. Then took my first payment from a customer and square heist kit of nowhere froze my account and held my funds without explanation or anything. The customer ended up not being able to get there products and we lost funds and had upset customers and lost sales. This is total theft from Square. How can they just do that?
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
They need to release my funds asap and pay for the lost sales they caused me. They cost me $500 in product sales and lost customers.
