What Brinks Home Security did:
I have been paying for the service since March 2022. I have been requesting a senscor that was not placed on my side garage door, making my home vonerable to break in. I have called four times since my installation and still have not recieved the senscor. I was told I would not be charged but my account has been debited for the shiping and the device. I have had no luck getting my home fully protected. Why should I pay for a security service that is not fully protecting my home?
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
