Capital One Complaint

What Capital One did:
I have an ongoing issue with Capital One Bank, which makes me feel frustrated and lost. On August 1, 2022 I noticed that $800 was withdrawn from my checking account. I contacted the bank and they stated they were going to file a claim and I should have the money back in 10 days. Apparently the cash was withdrawn from a teller. My concern is, how did the person withdraw cash from a teller without proper identification?. The bank does not have an answer for me and they are not taking any responsibility for what happened. They are giving me the run around about when i will get my money back and are telling me there is no time frame after telling me it takes 10 days (today 8/11 is 10 days). I have spoken to supervisors and no one seems to know anything or even willing to help me. I fear identity theft, which I know that is what is going on here and will be filing a police report. However, Capital One Bank is not taking responsibility and should be held accountable.
