Synchrony Complaint
What Synchrony did:
I have a card that had no balance, was in good standing, all payments were made on time. and they decided to close my account for absolutely no reason. I went to use it not knowing that my account was closed and was humiliated in front of a crowd of people because I was arguing that my card was still good.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
