What Airbnb did:
Airbnb neglected my claims regarding a guest who overstayed in my property, committed violations during their stay, Damaged and stole items from my property. Also I lost a potential earning for another confirmed reservation because they refused to check out. I had to pay for an attorney for eviction process. Pay for property management to follow up with the guest. Also Pay for excessive cleaning after they evicted my property.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
