Chime Bank Complaint
What Chime Bank did:
They closed my account with no explanation. My direct deposit got returned don’t know where it is. I cant pay bills. All i did was report money being taken from my account and then suddenly im glad i viewed my email on August 4 because they told me that they were closing my account on August 8 . I was on vacation and had to end up taking all of my money out of my checking account and i had to take money out of my savings account everyday because limit was only 500 a day i had more than 2000 in savings. They said if i didn’t get it out they would send it to me in 30 days. Again now i cant pay bills because i cant locate my direct deposit
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
