DISH Network Claim for Compensation

What DISH Network did:
We ordered internet through dish Today gave our information to Usenet unknowing to us we were told we they were going to bundle and give us a $50 credit when we received the first bill it was from Usenet and we were told that they could not bundle we canceled right away they outsourced all of our personal information including my bank account they would through $215 without my knowledge which caused some checks to bounce and told me that I did not send back all the parts they sent me a box and like most other companies I sent back the modem I did not send back the part on the dish itself since then I’ve talked to them to send it to me since then I’ve asked him to send me another box to send back the part it’s going to take over a month for me to get back my $215 but what really irritates me is dish gave my private information to use that who took the money out without my permission

They have cost me charges on my bank account because they took this money out of my account three charges of $31 plus my credit card payment bounced because of this

What DISH Network did:
I didnt realize until i read this that i may have a claim. Just for starters im way past being a senior and have not received the benefits of being a senior. Everytime i have any little thing done, Dish extends or starts my 2 yr contract over, making it impossible to get out of it. My mother in law moved in from Ga and we added a Dish box to her room. Boom, 2 yrs. She went to assisted living, we returned box, again add 2 years. After a year, she came back and again 2 more yrs. I know a lot of people are doing away with Satellite and strictly streaming, but i for 1 cant afford the disconnect fee to do anything. I have a terminal illness and on a fixed income and its hard on poor people like us elderly folks

I want Dish to stop restarting my contract and to refund whatever funds i should have been entitled to as a senior
