Viasat Claim for Compensation
What Viasat did:
I moved and disconnected my service on June 28th. I gave them my new address, 3 times, to send my box so i can return their equipment. They always say its on is way, but i have yet to receive it. Now they’re calling every week demanding their equipment, even though i still have no way to send it bavk to them. And i will be ******* if they’re going to try and get me to pay for their equipment, it sounds like some kind of scam they’re playing
I want them to send me the box and prepaid label so i can send them their equipment back
