DirecTV Claim for Compensation

What DirecTV did:
They will not let me cancel my account im moving out snd i want to cancel i am paid up to date when i call to cancel they are trying to sell me something then i stay on hold for 20 minutes for a supervisor and he says call the ***-***-**** number and listen to the options and hangs up every daythey give me the run around im paying for a service they wont cancel

What DirecTV did:
They didn’t come out to fix cable when promised. After 2 hrs of argue in g we canceled service but they refuse to give us back the money for the sports package that was a 1 time fee and suppose to run the season we only had it 2 months also was told package was 146 and was charged 286 one time fee and bill went from 90 to 150. For last 3 months when it wasn’t suppose to
