DISH Network Claim for Compensation
What DISH Network did:
I had Dish Network Installed in my home on 7/18/2022 (3) TV’s, On 8/19/2022 I Began having issues with my Service Picture Dropping, out and so On By 8/20/2022 I have Zero service and Called into Dish Support 8/21/2022 and set up a service call the technician arrived on 8/22/2022 and found the the (3) Way LNB Failed, Keep in mind this is Was a BRAND NEW Install on 7/18/2022, As A Result I had to Miss Work to meet a Technician to fix this Problem and Now Have Lost Wages for the Day of $225.00 And Dish Network wants to Offer me a Service Credit of $13.81, Which I have Rejected I was being Fair with them in Asking them to Provide a Credit of $25-30 Dollars, Now I Respectfully ask that I Am Compensated for the Day of Lost wages I had to deal with as a Result of their (NEW) Equipment failure
