What Amazon did:
My Amazon account was hacked and they wouldn’t help me recover it because the hacker changed my addresses in the account. The hacker ordered an item worth $13.99 and I was supposed to be refunded but I haven’t been. They told me through email my account was ready to be recovered, but because I don’t have access to the old number on my account I can’t get it. And because the addresses on the account don’t match mine, due to the hacker. The guy hung up on me.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
