Airbnb Claim for Compensation

What Airbnb did:
I rented a condo for 87 days in miami. From jan 3, 2021 through march 31, 2021. Although reservation was for up to 4 people for the price quoted, it was only hoing to be myself for the majority of the time. Then my daughters wanted to come for a short time, so i changed the number of people from 1 to 3 just to avoid any problems, even though it was just myself for the most part. Shortly after that my amex card was charged over 500 for making the change so i put it back to 1 person. Despite numerous attempts, airbnb refused to refund my money. I finally gave up.
Then on april 27, 2021, 6 weeks after vacating premises airbnb charged my amex again fir the same thing, only this time they charged me an additional $2870.33! Despite months of trying, with even the host calling airbnb on my behalf airbnb has refused to refund my money and has now charged me over $3300 for simply changing a reservation from 1 to 3 and back to one person, all done with out any forewarning.

What Airbnb did:
In a gist, my girlfriend booked an Airbnb for me and my coworker. I tried logging into my Airbnb but I forgot my password. I tried resetting but the system was down. Upon arrival to the Airbnb we contacted the host to help access her property. She rudely told us to check the messages in Airbnb. Two hours passed and then we were finally able to actually check in. When I saw the property, I noticed damaged items already done. I took pictures and videos of the damages that I noticed. On checkout my girlfriend received a notice saying that we are being fined because we damaged her property. We told Airbnb that the property was already damaged and we have photos and videos to prove it. At the end Airbnb sided with the host and said that they review both parties’ documents and evidence but not once did Airbnb asked for our photos and videos. We made an appeal with the proof and they still sided with the host. I feel like this host is doing a trap to guests to pay for damages that were there. Now my girlfriend has a bad record with Airbnb and she is prone to anxiety and now she has been getting high blood pressure. What are my options?

What Airbnb did:
We reserved an apartment for 28 days in Argentina. Due to my sister being diagnosed and hospitalized with Covid, we were unable to fly to Argentina because the Law prohibits passengers with positive covid tests. We received no refund from AirBnb. Moreover, the host cancelled the whole 28 days that we payed for just because we couldn’t come on checkin date. AirBnb supported her and marked our reservation as ‘cancelled by guest’ which is completely false. We were still able to come to Argentina and had to again find a place to stay even though we payed for those days at AirBnb.

What Airbnb did:
I bought a $500 Airbnb gift card and redeemed it onto my account once I had found a place to book. Almost immediately I was prompted to verify my identity. My account was the suspended. I cleared that issue up, within an hour they suspended my account for having more than one account (was locked out of my emai). Called and emailed them and they refuse to transfer or return the $500 and won’t speak with me further in the issue.
