Navient Bad Customer Support

What Navient did:
My loans have not been deferred under the CARES Act which is a qualifying, federal student loan.

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?

Defer my payments for the remainder of the CARES Act and *correct* credit reporting errors for prior payments not technically missed. Also, I know mortgages are frequently bought sold, but unsure how much this happens with student loans. Even after extensive search on their website, I cannot confirm who owns the loan and need to know.
