What Bank of America did:
My account was debited with a fraudulent transaction in the amount of $980 on Aug 5, 2022. The transaction posted through the Zelle payment system. Despite numerous attempts to contact the Zelle department, my calls are put on hold for hours and I’m unable to file a claim
