Viasat Claim for Compensation

What Viasat did:
They contacted me with a promo they were having for satelite internet only $70 unlimited a month. I signed up and my first bill was doubled. I called to complain they told me there was never a promo for that amount. So i gave them the guys name that i talked to and the guys name that came and set up my equipment, she told me they dont have any employees of those guys. I told her i wanted to cancel because i l was lied to about everything i thought i was getting scammed. She said she would waive the cancelation fee. Now i and being harrassed daily by phone for late payment of $412.95 and cancelation fees of $300 and failure to send back equipment of $300.
