What Bank of America did:
In July of 2021 the Bank of America Texas Branch allowed a person to mess with my bank account and open a fraudulent account without checking her ID or social. This person transferred $1000.00 to the fraudulent account. It’s been over a year and Bank of America has not returned my funds. I have been calling constantly speaking to supervisors for a year.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
