What Cox did:
Not delivering their promised speeds of 1gb. Not recording outcome of service calls or creating falsities altogether regarding work completed.
Not issuing credits for dropped or poor service as promised.
Not properly recording outages or service disruptions, this never triggering a possibility of account credit.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
Credits for every month of poor service. Not advertising speeds they cannot deliver. Taking ownership of the issues.
