What Sprint did:
IN Nov/Dec of 2020 I stopped service with Sprint and went to AT&T. I started getting auto pay bills for leasing the phones from Sprint. The Sprint store said they did not have a record of me turning in the phones. I tried for 18 months to get them to stop billing for leasing and let me pay off the phones.; but they wouldn’t. They say there is no way on their end (customer service to do that) so they just keep billing me $135. per month. I thus far have paid them $2430. for phones I do not have. I am desperate for help. I have called their customer service and spend anywhere from 30 to 60 minutes trying to get this corrected but to no avail. I had an account for my family due to the pandemic and so I believe there were 5 iphones maybe 6 on my account They were purchashed in 2018. Account number last four numbers ********. All I want is to finalize the cost of these phones minus what I have already paid and be finished with this nightmare.

Hello,
I have an issue with sprint mobile illegally withdrawing money from********Safe Credit Union account unauthorized after the fact as of about 1-2020 I cancelled account due to customer service being rude and at that time poor customer service reps who I could not understand due to speaking broken English.

I opened account with sprint on 7-11-2019 while buying an s10+ at best buy in northern CA.

Phone number at purchase was ***-***-**** then changed to ***-***-****.

Back in 11-15-2019 I switched to T-Mobile due to sprint mobile issues customer service poor communications mentioned above. I canceled sprint through a phone conversation with a rude lady I still remember her at sprints customer service number back on 01-12-2020 it’s been so long ago and told them It was done due to not ***-***-****g them verbally and when asked to speak to supervisor who speaks English they got pissed at me I recall and wound not comply I told the lady several times I cancelled********contract with them and had chosen to go to T-Mobile due to broken English she said didn’t like that oh well I thought then said ok and I said their no longer authorized to with draw from********account anymore. Then asked for a confirmation number and she did not give one and I was disconnected from conversation and figured then it would be emailed to me and balanced paid and went on. I do know if they recorded it that She did not like me I felt that during the conversation and would let me talk to someone else.

Then I had to travel around for work as demand for********job as a Security/Fire Life Safety Engineer increased as world events were changing rapidly needing security equipment changes and updates for Hospitals, Federal and State buildings went crazy. I left********Fiancee at the time to pay bills and use********T-Mobile phone as I had a phone to use through********employer to use free.

After all the crazy time settled down I was home and went through accounts I came across withdraws from sprint had not ended as asked go figure wow it was only 30.00 to 35.00 dollars a month so it never stood out as an issue but they illegally have been withdrawing from account from about let’s just say around 1-2020 to 5-10-2022 when I contacted safe credit union to stop payments so they been with drawing for about 28 months illegally and the account will reflect no calls or data used on account since I closed it as I discussed with irate lady back in about 01-12-2020.

I tried to resolve with T-Mobile now owners of sprint mobile and got nowhere so I told them they owe me, and I would not pay them anything until I received********money from sprint their employees even agreed but hands were tied. And since I have changed carriers due to dispute. Over the last few months, I been getting the run around I owe them I asked to freeze account which they have not adding fees their nuts nobody cares or listens just want more money so since T-Mobile our sprint I had to stop t-mobi9le not wanting to but their part of the same company now.

Today I finally got a sprint employee to give me the sprint information since I had only the last four digits on account and old phone number from receipt, I have from purchase on 7-15-2019 given above. I was transferred today to finance department who after I explained things said there’s no record of me closing account, I said I did and the issue when I did it and then asked him why would I have 2 phone account when need only one for********needs and to go back and look at********usage of phone calls or data used since I canceled not using it. He said he could not see the info. I said oh ya that is because you will not admit to it will you. He replied to me to call their collections department saying I owe them 130.00 dollars information given was IC Systems phone number 888-735-0697. I know the laws on collections and have paperwork ready if harassed for them to show me I entered into contract with them knowingly or willfully and to send me various paperwork to show that I’m in a contract in contract with IC Systems or sprint mobile after 1-12-2020 when cancelled send me a wet contract showing they have the right to ask or make withdraws from********wages or accounts. And if provide false information to credit bureaus there will be a daily charge for such actions as we have no contract together and go to court for any further damages caused by them or organization. Also note after about nine calls to T-Mobile and then five to Sprint nobody could find********account with information I only had last four digits 6052 on********original receipt from way back and the phone number it had at the time. Then finally this guy found the whole account number and phone number attached to it has been over 3 months at 12 calls plus to get that. I even set appointment for Sprint manager to call back and they never even called me ever. I documented********phone calls and logs with dates, time, and duration of calls.
I did ask him for a signed wet document he said call collectors.

Sprint owes me over 1,200.00 plus penalties, interest, and compensation for illegally withdrawing from********account, and collections false reports and harassment for their continued billing when it is only obvious three to four months prior, I had no account information or phone number of account until this last call or the phone number. Customer Service at Sprint I find is still the same old service their ids none just a script to read off.

On August 17th 2022, I had a prior payment arrangement with Sprint for $350.00, they intercepted my paycheck which was $850.00 they took $823.00, leaving me just $27 for me and my daughter for 2 weeks till my next paycheck. I called to see if they would be able to refund me at least $400 of it so I wouldn’t lose my job and I would be able to pay bills and I could feed my daughter, 8/18/22-8/30/22 I made phone calls daily and daily chat on their website, talked with numerous and supervisors who assured me I would be compensated $400. My refund case number is 321766317 everyday I was told “24 to 48 hours It will be back in checking account”, I would call again after 48 hrs, I would be told” 3to5 business days” I would call after 4 days, “oh it was denied but i will talk with back office and fix it please hold” this went on for 12 days, after numerous phone calls, numerous hours on hold I would get hung up on”accidentally disconnected” with no call backs from supervisors, I never opted for auto pay, i never authorized 823.00 to be used for my over due sprint charges, im a single mom who was given the run around for 12 days by what i thought was legitimate customer care service from Sprint employees, later to find out it was all a lie. I had supervisors tell me that they would compensate me $150 on my bill, $100 on my bill so far only 85 has been compensated. I can’t understand how they would expect anybody to live on $27 till the next payday in this economy? I lost my job because of this, they don’t care, looking back into my bill overview from December of last year till now I have paid over $3,400 in payments for my Sprint service, use your charges devices all that stuff, $3,400. I did get behind because I’m a single mom and I’m trying to find good work, how can I have been paying $3,400 up to this month and still be $1,000 in debt? When I ask that nobody will send me to financial, nobody can explain anything they just go over my charges and my my bill and my account to show me how much I have going on well, I’ve been with this company since 2019. I have three lines of phone service, an iPad, at a home Wi-Fi device. In my essentials monthly plan, I should only be paying 120.00 (Essentials phone plan) for 3 lines of phone service, $10. (500 MB plan) for I PAD ,$55. (50 GB mobile broadband )for WIFI DEVICE $52. A month ( protection (insurance?) Pretty much, i pay $237.00 a month with Sprint. Which is ridiculous. I look over my past payments, since December 24/2021, I can go back another year before that but, since December 2021, until 8/2022, I have paid over $3,400 in total. And it shows that shows that I am still over$ 900.00 behind (including this months bill) how can they just put $820 $3 on my bill, last week, and I’m still over$ 900 behind? I’m getting screwed over every month don’t even offer me a military discount, T-Mobile does but not Sprint and I’ve been with them 4 years, All I was asking for last week was to get a refund of half of what they took out of my check because I didn’t authorize my whole paycheck to go to them, just because I have back fees.are they allowed to do that? Every time I called in to talk to somebody they would go and got a supervisor who then would go and make a deal with the financial office, and who said it was wrong that they took all my paycheck, and that they wanted to make me happy and that they wanted to keep me as a prized member of their network family, everyday for the past 12 days, i was told this, I was crying on the phone half the time and they promised to help me, they promised that they would be able to compensate me for all my time spent on the phone with him, and for losing my job. At this point I just want my back stuff wiped clean, I don’t know what I’m supposed to do! All I know is I was done wrong and it’s not fair can you help me? Heres a confirmation # 15647676, that was 4 days ago from a supervisor named Martine, she was able to take $100 off my bill, keep in mind that she also is writing up an email to the financial office for them to find a way to compensate how long I’ve been treated which I’ve never heard from. I was told on the 29th of August from another supervisor that they would compensate me $150 off of my bill, nothing has happened, on August 17th I had a personal guarantee from a supervisor I believe her name was Apple or April? Her ID number # I ********, was guaranteed money would be back in my checking account within 24 hours not 48 ,24! She gave me her word that’s why she gave me her ID number. That didn’t happen,. I have never been treated with such disrespect and patronized so badly in all of my life

What Sprint did:
One year ago I switched to T-Mobile when you merged. I turned in three phones at a T-Mobile store. You all just charged me for those phones claiming they were never turned in. The store manage at said store will NOT return my calls. Seems fishy. My phones were stolen and now money out of my account was stolen.
