What Cox Communications on 715 N. Rancho Rd. did:
After using Cox for the better part of 18 years in Las Vegas I decided after my wife passed away three years ago to drop Cox and go to another company for my TV provider I came in to the Cox store paid my bill up-to-date use my banking checking account the gentleman I brought my boxes everything back squared up is it OK you’re done Mr. Gaines you’re all set thank you for using Cox and now I get a $25 bill later For my banking card didn’t go through and they’re gonna like what I am so upset because it was all squared away done deal and now you’re trying to gouge me for $25 I’m a super senior I am ready to sue you guys for every ******* dime you have And I’m so disgusted that Cox would even be trying to take advantage of senior citizens in the Las Vegas area something needs to be done about this corporations don’t need to be trying to rip off our senior citizens
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
Stop sending the a $25 charge to a collection agency to get $25 more out of me running my credit I wanna sue them for malpractice does slander discrediting my name I ain’t never done anything wrong with these people I paid my bill every month on time for 18 years I’ve never mess with them I appreciated your business until the service started getting so bad that I wanted to get someone that could not have their technical difficulties every week effect in my TV
