What Midco did:
I just today got a bill notification that was for roughly 74 dollars , then I log into the app to pay it says that I have 98 dollars to pay . Then I open up the bill to pay and now I suddenly have have 182 dollar bill. I’m sorry but what and even clicking on the statement doesn’t explain enough.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
To find out a correct price to pay and lower my bill for the month this mess is in .
