What DirecTV did:
I called DirecTV for cable service and when a technician came out he couldn’t give me the service because I had too many trees up and he couldn’t get a signal so I knew I couldn’t get Directv I paid you guys $199 and when I call for my return The lady said that it would take a month to get my money back for this I feel is @#$%&! because I gave you guys my money immediately and it take a whole month to get my money back then you guys sitting to take the money into after the service go up that way you know the service win in and then you guys should take the money but you get the money upfront and you want to pay back a month later if I really need my money I can’t wait on my for my money can someone give me a call my number is area code ***-***-**** my name is Floydbramlett and I really need this problem resolved thank you

What DirecTV did:
I ask to add recievers to my current plan but told the sales person i wanted no contract. They sent me receivers and an email. The email said I signed up for a new contract and since I did not respond within 24 hrs i then entered q new contract. When they installed the new boxes the installer has you sign off on his install and apparently they have fine.print in the sign off for q new contract as well. I called DirecTV and they said they have my signature for a new contract and an email to me. This is unethical way of doing business.
