What Sprint did:
I was a prior customer with Boost it’s been 12 months since I had purchased a phone from them. I had switched to another phone provider and when I had called customer service to get my Boost Mobile phone unlocked they had told me they can’t find my PIN number or account number they refuse to give it to me I purchased the phone paid for it for I owe no other service fees to Sprint and I can’t afford a new phone and I’m trying to unlock my other phone to insert the Sims in it

I just want my account and pin number from them

What Sprint did:
Have been with T-Mobile / sprint for four years. They told me My monthly bill is higher now because I’m paying off my devices. 4 years later I still do not own the device they told me the devices are on lease. I also canceled my device insurance last year and they said I have no record of it.
