What Airbnb did:
I had a trip for my honeymoon in LA, my husband had a medical emergency that doesn’t allowed him to fly, despite that I explained the host the situation, he offered me to change the dates, I requested THREE TIMES different date and he declined all my requests, I did it one more time and also declined that. I proceeded to request a full or half refund and he didn’t accept. I feel very mistreated as a user because I feel that this was an act of bad faith on the part of the host. I don’t want it to happen to anyone else, I want to expose this situation as far as necessary

What Airbnb did:
Hi,

I have a guest who decided to contact airbnb because he felt like his safety was jeopardize.Indeed, I had another guest who just trying to open his unit but the code was not working because he went to the wrong unit and he didn’t follow the check-in instruction as advise and airbnb decided to take the money back from me

What Airbnb did:
I made a partial payment on 06/02/2022 to stay at a house in New Orleans LA. Check in 07/01/2022- 07/05/2022. Airbnb would not refund me because they say that it’s in the cancellation policy, but it’s not visible for me to see it.
